6 Phases Of A Project

It’s a bit off topic, but I felt that some weekend frivolity was in order.

What are the six phases of a project? We’ve all been here:

  1. Enthusiasm
  2. Disillusionment
  3. Panic
  4. Search for the guilty
  5. Punishment of the innocent
  6. Praise and honours for the nonparticipants
